Meet the Team

AE-RO Lab is led by Principal Engineer Akshay Jadhav, a mechanical engineer with more than 10 years of experience solving complex mechanical challenges across product development, system optimization, and experimental validation. Akshay works with a small, curated group of engineers selected for technical depth, ownership, and execution excellence. The team is intentionally lean, similar to an F1 engineering squad, so that every engineer’s contribution meaningfully advances solutions to hard problems.

Akshay Jadhav

Founder & Principal Engineer with 10+ years in mechanical engineering. Akshay has led technical teams in energy and hardware startups, bringing clarity to difficult technical decisions, guiding design optimization, and ensuring models align with real-world validation. He combines system-level thinking with hands-on execution from concept through prototype.

Mary Demery

Operations Lead supporting AE-RO Lab’s engineering delivery. Mary’s background in finance and program leadership ensures that technical work stays aligned with strategic priorities and client expectations, enabling a lean and efficient delivery model that supports engineering excellence.
